MPSepang installs 10 CCTVs to curb illegal waste dumping, increase security

A total of 10 closed-circuit cameras (CCTV) have been installed in Sepang to strengthen security and monitor illegal waste disposal activities. Sepang Municipal Council (MPSepang) president Dato’ Abd Hamid Hussain said the mobile surveillance cameras are installed in locations based on current needs.

Selangor FC uses European technology to shorten players’ injuries recovery period

SHAH ALAM, March 6 — Selangor FC received specialised expertise in physiotherapy and player rehabilitation through collaboration with BTL Industries Malaysia (BTL Malaysia) and the Selangor Football Association (FAS). BTL Malaysia director M Mageswari said equipment using European technology will be used which can shorten the recovery period.

Luas uses drones to monitor dams, ponds to avoid encroachment

The Selangor Water Management Authority (Luas) uses drones to control 20 reservoirs and seven dams throughout the state from being encroached by irresponsible parties. The agency informed that drones are regularly flown in areas gazetted as protection zones to identify laluan tikus (rat routes).
