The Selangor State collaborated with Siemens Malaysia to produce a skilled workforce to meet the requirements of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Through the collaboration, the industry and educational institutions will formulate a syllabus to meet the current needs that support Selangor’s five economic clusters, including transportation. The synergy is expected to solve the problems of industry needs. Through the colaboration Siemens will transfer the technological knowledge to the STDC which will train 1000 workers annually The collaboration is to bridge the talent gap to meet the needs of the industry in terms of IR 4.0 skills
